Today we're launching Parano.ai to the public

Summary

We're launching Parano.ai to the public. It monitors every competitor move, analyzes months of signals into strategic patterns, and equips your team to act, answering the 'so what?' against your own positioning. 206 companies and 931 competitors monitored in early access, with over 1,000,000 signals processed in the last 90 days.

Today, we are excited to launch Parano.ai to the public!

Parano.ai helps you monitor every competitor move: product launches, pricing changes, hires, press, partnerships, code, campaigns, reviews, website edits and more. We capture signals continuously across all important channels and score for strategic weight, so nothing slips past you. You receive daily and weekly digests.

Every competitor move, surfaced in one feed with daily and weekly executive digests, change detection, and delivery to email, Slack and Teams

It then helps you analyze that activity, synthesizing months of signals to detect their strategic patterns: who's investing where, is a new positioning tested, is there a hiring surge, and what each move means for your own positioning.

Strategic timeline, investment benchmark and landscape quadrant views of competitor activity

And it enables your team to act on it, packaging the insight into the artefacts they actually use: auto-generated battlecards, strategic timelines, benchmarks, summaries and recommendations, delivered straight to your inbox, Slack or Teams.

Auto-generated sales battlecards, intel chat, public intel pages, and API & MCP access

We built Parano.ai for teams that play to win. For decision makers across functions that understand that a high level of market awareness will always lead to better decisions. For the juniors or people that switched industries, that learn rapidly to become experts faster.

Our AI-engine is trained to answer the "so what?" in the best possible way, with maximum historical context and a precise understanding of your own positioning to put interpretations and recommendations into perspective. It doesn't just tell you what they did, it tells you what it means for your position and what to do about it.

Why we built Parano.ai

We built Parano.ai because we've been building a company in a highly competitive market (Headless CMS) before and we've witnessed first-hand how important it is to be highly aware of what is happening around you. Companies move faster than ever and you can lose product-market fit within months by now. The number of competitors the average company faces has multiplied many times over the past decade. And while scaling up a team, we have realized how severely different the levels of market education can be. Many insights get stuck at leadership level, which is a missed opportunity to improve the whole organization.

We put these learnings in a product that never misses a competitor's move and that keeps you and your team informed on any changes, even the subtle ones. Our monitoring pipeline is fed by several sources, providing intel at a detail no LLM job can give you.

Our monitoring pipeline runs continuously across far more than a typical LLM job can reach. Even the most subtle changes get detected. A synthesis engine then does the part that matters: it extracts structured events from raw signals, scores each one by strategic importance to you, and clusters them by strategic narrative. Out of thousands of signals, you see the moves that actually shifted the board.

Ambient market awareness

Here's one of the outcomes we're really after. When the read on your market arrives continuously, in the channels your team already lives in, you level up your whole team, passively. Week after week, everyone absorbs the landscape. Within a couple of months, knowing what competitors are building and where they're heading stops being a specialist's job and becomes second nature for the whole team. We call it ambient market awareness, and we believe it's one of the key ingredients to build a winning team in your market.

Ambient market awareness: a team's market fluency rising from scattered to fluent over 12 weeks

A few numbers on the launch and closing remarks

Over the past months, 206 companies have signed up for early access and monitored a total of 931 competitors. We have processed a total of 1,023,940 signals within the last 90 days.

A huge shout out and thank you to all the early adopters that were testing our product and providing valuable feedback! In particular the ones that already converted into paying customers. We are bootstrapping Parano.ai and this means a lot to us.

Signup and setup takes minutes: define your competitors and we handle the rest. No implementation, no kickoff call. But of course, if you'd like a demo, please reach out!
